The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has announced that the EEO-1 filing deadline has been extended yet again, apparently because it is perpetually March of 2020. This time, however, they say they mean it.
The new filing deadline to submit and certify your 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 reports is now Monday, October 25, 2021. “No additional changes to the filing deadline will be made,” and employers are still encouraged to file as soon as possible.
