- The New BCGi – a walk-through of BCGi in the portal, using the encyclopedia, various tools and templates, and the new training offerings (1 hour)
- Building Better Action Plans – users will get the exclusive BCGi action plan worksheets and we will walk through how to marshal the resources you already have in order to build better, more effective and more efficient action plans for your AAPs (1 hour)
Day 3 (April 28; 10am-12pm Pacific Time)
- How to talk about affirmative action with lessons learned from the Trump-era training executive order and recent events regarding how far (or not) we have come in terms of understanding nondiscrimination in the last half century (2 hours)
Day 4 (April 29; 10am-12pm Pacific Time)
- Compliance: It May Not Be What You Think It Is! (2 hours)
Day 5 (April 30; 10am-12pm Pacific Time)
- Automated pay equity analysis with Dan Kuang, Ph.D. (1 hour)
- “Ask the Expert” open forum (1 hour)
