Tuesday, August 28th:
EEO Analysis Bootcamp
Pre-Conference Session I
9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Presented By: Dan Biddle and Patrick Nooren (Biddle Consulting Group)This is an interactive session, so bring your laptops fully-charged and ready to go. This presentation will attempt to cover every fundamental statistical technique used in EEO analysis and compliance, including: adverse impact, utilization analyses, “tipping point” tests, multiple regression (for compensation analysis), and logistic regression (for advanced adverse impact analysis).
Wednesday, August 29th:
Test Validation 101
Concurrent Session III
2:45 pm – 3:45 pm
Presented By: Dan Biddle and Heather Patchell (Biddle Consulting Group)As most contractors are aware, validating tests is not only just “good practice,” but also becomes a legal obligation when adverse impact is generated. This presentation will review the basic essentials for validating the most common testing practices that are used by contractors, including: basic qualification screens, interviews, written, and physical ability tests. The workshop will be very “hands on” and will provide very practical steps and checklists that participants can readily apply at their workplace.
We hope to see you this week! If you’re not attending, follow our updates on Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn.
Mahalo!
