A New Focus for Biddle Consulting Group

As you read in Patrick Nooren’s blog, our EEO division has been acquired by Resolution Economics, LLC (ResEcon). Biddle Consulting Group historically had two divisions; our testing software division (TestGeniusĀ®) and our EEO division, which handles EEO, Affirmative Action (AA), and pay equity compliance. While both divisions are within the realm of human resources, they serve two disparate groups within that space.

BCG will now have the opportunity to focus on and continue to build its personnel selection software business, which features products such as TestGeniusĀ®, CritiCallĀ® 911 dispatcher testing software, OPACĀ® office skills testing software, AutoGOJAĀ® job analysis software, and other associated products and services.

Biddle’s President, Patrick Nooren, Ph.D., will transition over to ResEcon and continue to lead his best-of-market affirmative action plan services, pay equity, and compliance group. Mike Callen, VP-Products, will continue to direct the growing TestGenius group here at Biddle. We are excited to be able to advance our practice areas with laser focus, but also continue to collaborate with one another in many positive ways as we move forward.
