Like all of you, the Biddle Consulting Group and BCGi have been working hard to respond to the developing crisis stemming from the spread of the novel coronavirus. Our first priority is to support the health and safety of our people. A close second is to minimize business disruption because, for now at least, work does go on. As of now, OFCCP audits are continuing, EEO-1 reports will need to be filed, AAPs need to be completed, etc.

We want to support you, too.

Much of the compliance material BCGi provides is free. In particular, our online compliance encyclopedia contains a wealth of topic articles aimed at helping you get done what you need to get done by providing clear, current information and links to additional information and support materials. Check it out here. Simply search in like you would on Wikipedia, or click on the “Getting Started” article pinned to the top of the “Popular Articles” box.

Some of the support materials—the checklists, sample documents, etc.—are behind the paywall for members only. Our membership prices are currently low because we don’t want price to be a barrier to access. Individual membership is just $500 per year.

However, we recognize that in the current environment, even signing up for a membership might not be so easy. So, until further notice, all BCGi materials behind the paywall will be available to you for free.
