Word should now be trickling out that the EEO/AA, People Insights, and Pay Equity practice groups of the Biddle Consulting Group have formally joined forces with Resolution Economics LLC, a leading specialty consulting firm providing economic and statistical analysis with expertise in labor and employment matters, class-action and wage-and-hour litigation, and forensic finance/accounting analysis. And you may have heard that late last year, Berkshire and Associates joined the ResEcon team as well.
What does this mean for BCGi?
Nothing but good things! We will still be bringing you all the news and insight you need with none of the “noise” that you don’t. Our first-of-its-kind, free, online compliance encyclopedia will still be available for any and all to use. Our trainings and webinars will still be unlike anything you can get anywhere else, and our support materials will still be the best available.
But now, as our team joins forces with an organization that is also chock-full of highly trained professionals in fields such as economics/econometrics, I/O psychology, data and business analytics, and other technical fields, we will be able to expand BCGi’s offerings with more perspectives, more analysis and insight, more training, and even more support materials.
Our goal is to provide you with the tools you need to get compliance done, not just right, but well.
