We are excited to announce that Biddle Consulting Group has hired EEO/AA and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion expert Julia Méndez Achée. “Julia brings 26 years of expertise to our expanding group of seasoned and knowledgeable professionals,” says John Piatt, VP EEO/AA Division. “The focus on EEO/AA and Diversity is at an all-time high for U.S. employers. Julia comes to Biddle at a pivotal time and will help grow our core business as well as drive strategic initiatives designed to address the expanding needs of our clients.”
Julia Méndez Achée is an experienced consultant and trainer in affirmative action, equal employment opportunity law, and DE&I. She has assisted hundreds of companies with OFCCP compliance reviews and regularly speaks at national, regional, and local ILG meetings as well as SHRM chapters throughout Louisiana. She holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and Master of Science in Professional Counseling.

Julia is a member of the Louisiana Liaison Group where she held the office of President and served many years as a board member. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) – national and New Orleans Chapter and the American Association for Access, Equity and Inclusion (AAAED). She holds the following professional certifications: SHRM-CP, Professional in Human Resources, Certified Employment Law Specialist, Certified Affirmative Action Professional, Certified Disability Recruiter, and Certified Diversity Professional. Julia has been appointed by the governor of Louisiana as a Commissioner for the Louisiana Commission on Human Rights.
