BCGi recently announced a “special” July Summit where we will provide a platform for amazing speakers and presentations from recently cancelled live events. That event is still evolving, so stay tuned!
In the meantime, our “regular” April Summit is in full swing with an exciting agenda. BCGi re-designed the Summit as a three-day, live webinar marathon event with presentations running throughout a shortened day to allow everyone from coast-to-coast to participate during regular working hours. We hope you can join us!
The dates are:
Wednesday, April 29 – Friday, May 1
The times each day will be:
- 1PM – 5PM Eastern
- 12PM – 4PM Central
- 11AM – 1PM Mountain
- 10AM – 2PM Pacific
Day One will be BCGi’s “AAP Boot Camp” where attendees will walk through all of the “to-dos” that have to get “to-done” in order to implement a complete and compliant affirmative action program. BCGi Director Matt Nusbaum will also take participants on a deep dive into the heart of the AAP: utilization and goal setting. The session will wrap up with a presentation on developing and implementing more realistic, effective, and meaningful action plans using BCGi’s exclusive “Action Plan Worksheets.”
Day Two will consist of three fabulous guest speakers:
Attorney Marilyn Schuyler will take a deep dive into the OFCCP’s new Technical Assistance Guide for Educational Institutions.
Joyce Ibardalosa, most recently of PG&E and now the CEO of Ai Inclusion, will lend us her expertise in executive communications to move from explaining AAP details to gaining meaningful commitment.
Sheridan Walker, CEO of Hire Potential, will discuss the practical realities of disability nondiscrimination and inclusion in these quickly changing and uncertain times, and how to make sure our friends with disabilities are not disproportionately impacted.
Day Three will feature BCGi Director Matt Nusbaum with an all-new presentation on how to talk about affirmative action. Then Dr. Dan Kuang, BCGi Vice President of Diversity, Compliance, and People Analytics will entertain and amaze us regarding the ever-moving target of compensation analyses.
Attendees can register for all three days, just days two and three, or just day one.
Registration is open. Click HERE to be taken to the registration page.
