The BCGi AAP Boot Camp is designed for both those who are new to the AAP world and seasoned professionals in need of a refresher. BCGi Director Matt Nusbaum will walk attendees through each and every “to do” of implementing a compliant affirmative action program, take a deep dive into the heart of the AAP with a detailed discussion of the placement goal-setting process, and demonstrate a new way to develop compliant, effective, and meaningful action plans.
Attendees will receive a copy of BCGi’s detailed Compliance Scorecard that breaks out each step of the AAP development process, highlights key things to know about each step, and provides links to additional information and guidance.
Attendees will also receive a copy of BCGi’s exclusive Action-Oriented Programs Worksheets that help you gather together data and information relevant to formulating better action plans.
Though the meeting will be virtual, the materials will be presented “live.”
