BCGi\nDirector Matt Nusbaum will walk attendees through each and every \u201cto do\u201d of\nimplementing a compliant affirmative action program, take a deep dive into the\nheart of the AAP with a detailed discussion of the placement goal-setting\nprocess, and demonstrate a new way to develop compliant, effective, and <em>meaningful<\/em>\naction plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attendees will receive a copy of BCGi\u2019s detailed Compliance\nScorecard that breaks out each step of the AAP development process, highlights\nkey things to know about each step, and provides links to additional\ninformation and guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attendees will also receive a copy of BCGi\u2019s exclusive\nAction-Oriented Programs Worksheets that help you gather together data and\ninformation relevant to formulating better action plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Though the meeting will be virtual, the materials will be presented \u201clive.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>This webinar has been pre-approved for <strong>4&nbsp;SHRM credits<\/strong>.&nbsp;This Program has been approved for <strong>4&nbsp;HR (General)\u2009recertification credit hours<\/strong>&nbsp;toward aPHR\u2122, aPHRi\u2122, PHR\u00ae, PHRca\u00ae, SPHR\u00ae, GPHR\u00ae, PHRi\u2122 and SPHRi\u2122recertification through HR Certification Institute\u00ae (HRCI\u00ae).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting is <strong>free<\/strong> to BCGi In-Depth and Open Access\nmembers.
