And it all begins with \u201cBCGi <em>Resources<\/em>,\u201d a\nfirst-of-its-kind, searchable, online encyclopedia of compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modeled on the functionality of sites like Wikipedia, BCGi <em>Resources<\/em>\nis an ever-growing set of interlinked Web pages containing information to help\nyou understand your federal employment law obligations, particularly in the\narea of nondiscrimination. And each page is chock full of links to additional\nresources such as guides, checklists, sample documents, webinars, training\nvideos, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BCGi <em>Resources<\/em> contains the same materials used to\ntrain Biddle consultants, and the same materials our consultants use to service\ntheir clients. And unlike human beings, BCGi <em>Resources<\/em> is available 24\nhours a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When <em>you<\/em> are the one stuck in the office at 11:00 at\nnight trying to finish up an OFCCP desk audit submission due at midnight and\nyou have a question, BCGi <em>Resources<\/em> will be there to help you find the\nanswer. Our motto is, \u201cWhat you need, when you need it, where you expect to\nfind it!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Internally, we refer to this first release as \u201cVersion 1.0,\u201d\nbecause BCGi <em>Resources<\/em> is designed to be a living resource that is\nalways growing, always expanding, always changing to meet the needs of our\nusers. As materials are added and updated, we will inform the world through our\n<a href=\"\/news\/\"><strong>Affirmative\nAction News<\/strong><\/a> blog and other means of communication, so you never\nhave to wonder, \u201cIs it there? Is it current?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are striving to make BCGi <em>Resources<\/em> comprehensive,\neasy to access, easy to navigate, and easy to understand, whether you are new\nto this space or a seasoned professional. Your feedback will only make it\nstronger. If you can\u2019t find something you need, let us know. Chances are you\nare not the only one in search of that information or resource.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the best part is, we are striving to keep costs low so\nthat everyone has access to the materials they need, and no one is left out in\nthe cold. The vast majority of BCGi <em>Resources<\/em> is free. All you\nhave to do is register. Some of the content is restricted to paid members so we\ncan afford to continue to develop and expand our offerings, but the introductory\nprice for an individual, one-year subscription is just $500 per year.\nOrganization-wide access (unlimited users) is just $1,750 per year, and we will\noffer discounted pricing for academic institutions as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am very excited about this new phase of BCGi and I hope you will be, too.
