He also regularly consults on other related labor and employment law requirements.<\/p>\n<p>He has more than nine years of experience as a practicing attorney counseling and representing employers on matters before the OFCCP and other federal, state, and local workplace regulatory and enforcement agencies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe couldn\u2019t be more excited,\u201d says Patrick Nooren, Executive Vice President of Biddle Consulting Group. \u201cIn the war for talent, there\u2019s simply no one else like Matt. For us to be able to partner with Matt is a game-changer for us, our clients, and our BCGi members!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition to filling a consulting role at BCG, Matt will also serve as Director of the BCG Institute for Workforce Development (BCGi). Established in 2009, BCGi retains over 10,000 members and provides educational opportunities to professionals in EEO\/AA, pre-employment testing, compensation and pay equity investigations, OFCCP audits, and diversity and inclusion.
