However, when was the last time you really thought about all of the detailed nuances involved in each of these analyses. Are you using the right census data? Labor area(s)? Factor weights? What about adverse impact analyses . . . do analyses accurately reflect how decisions were made (i.e., reality), or are you simply combining all applicants and hires for a given job group into a single analysis? While other presenters will be discussing 307 and its impact on employers, Dan and Patrick will be taking a different approach by discussing how employers should actually be conducting proactive compensation analyses. From &#8220;eyeball\u201d analyses to full-blown regression, if you are thinking about conducting proactive compensation analyses, you will not want to miss this. Lastly, this session will also include a very high-level discussion of logistic regression, the little used and much-less understood statistical procedure that could be the difference between a painful finding of discrimination and complete vindication.
