This webinar will offer effective strategies for managing the reasonable accommodation process, including practical guidance about how to establish core defenses like \u201cfundamental alteration,\u201d \u201cundue hardship\u201d and \u201celimination of essential function.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>EEO Legal Solutions successfully defended EEOC v.
