When a\n\u201cwork-from-home\u201d set-up is no longer just optional but rather required, our\nstaff and our clients can be comforted by the fact that secured infrastructures\n(such as the Biddle Portal) and protocols have already been in place and\nexercised years ahead of the current business climate. Consequently, when\nsocial distancing and shelter-in-place became new social responsibilities, BCG\nemployees did not miss a beat. Biddle team members continue to serve our clients,\nstay productive, and remain connected through the ability to work from their respective\nhomes. Needless to say, we are truly and deeply grateful that we are able to\nconduct business, as usual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A member of our team suggested that we share pictures of our\nhome workstations, just for fun. Sure enough, pictures with captions started pouring\nin. Some said that they have to share work spaces with their spouses, while\nothers have more privacy with their office-converted rooms. Many became jealous\nof those who have postcard-like views outside their windows, but we all agreed\nthat the best view of all is that of your kids (or pets) playfully going about\ntheir day.
