[Postponed] BCGi’s AAP Boot Camp: December 2021

[NOTE: The December 2021 AAP Boot Camp will be rescheduled for Q1 2022. Stay tuned for a new date.]

The next Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) development training boot camp presented by BCG Institute for Workforce Development is scheduled for December 7, 2021. It will be presented in a 4-hour virtual format.

For beginners and for veterans looking for a refresher, BCGi’s AAP Boot Camp will walk attendees through all of the “to dos” that have to get “to done” in order to prepare and implement a compliant affirmative action program. From the EO Clause requirements to the last AAP requirement, we will talk about it all, introducing concepts and terms that will become familiar as you wade into the wonderful world of OFCCP compliance. Attendees will receive BCGi’s exclusive Compliance Checklist with additional information for each item with links to even more resources. Attendees will also receive BCGi’s Action-Oriented Programs Worksheets to create better, more meaningful, and more effective action plans.
