It is not easy being a federal contractor and in the pay equity space, it is quickly becoming more difficult. As States begin to adopt more aggressive equal pay laws, meeting and maintaining equal pay compliance has never been more difficult. How can this be? The simple answer is that OFCCP, EEOC, and modern State equal pay laws differ in how they frame and evaluate pay equity. For federal contractors, there is no universal definition of equal pay. A federal contractor who is in compliance with OFCCP equal pay requirements may not necessarily be in compliance with State equal pay laws, and in some instances the two may be in conflict. In this webinar, we will: 1) layout the different types of pay equity requirements, and 2) describe methods to ensure you balance the three equal pay compliance requirements.
