Research reveals that a multi-faceted selection system that includes three major components can combine to forge a powerful selection battery. Strong validity was only possible using a selection strategy that measured the “whole person”: book knowledge (Clinical Assessments), interpersonal competence (Situational Assessments), and personality (Behavioral Assessments).
